The LSC has announced changes to many forms, but the CLAIM1 and CLAIM1A are not amongst them.

The new CLS CLAIM1A is ready for ordering. This is a new CLS form entitled `claim for costs in fixed fee public law scheme'. The form is similar to the existing Excel-based CLAIM1. Like the existing forms, it costs UKP100 + VAT.

Order as per the CLS CLAIM1.

If you are an existing user of the CLS CLAIM1, you have the opportunity to purchase the CLS CLAIM1A with the update notice you have recently received.

Version 11 dated October 2008 has been released by the LSC. Existing customers will receive the usual update advise notice from us and can update for UKP25 + VAT per licence.
